Calling all dog lovers! Come along for a Sunday stroll featuring some furry friends, all in the name of mental health.
Enjoy the mood-boosting combo of nature, fresh air and (most importantly) dogs! Starting and ending at Abbots Leigh rd parking, this 1.5 mile will take you through Leigh Woods in a circular route. The walk is open to everyone, whether or not you own a dog, so take time to paws and unwind.
PLEASE NOTE THIS VENUE IS DIFFERENT TO ORIGINALLY ADVERTISED
We will be meeting around the information signs by the car park. If you are driving, please keep in mind there are several places to park prior to reaching the car park where we are meeting. If you are coming via public transport, then you can catch either the X3 or X4 from the centre and get off at the Gateway, just past the turning for Clevedon and Tyntesfield. The meeting point is then a less than 15 minute walk away.
We are expecting the walk to take approximately 1.5 hours. We’ll be moving at a slow pace following the purple trail which is wide, generally flat and suitable for pushchairs and some wheelchairs. If you have any questions or concerns around accessibility then please contact Katie, firstname.lastname@example.org.
