Join us for an evening of mindfulness, self-exploration and… cats! Yes, you read that right, we’re calling it Feline Mindfulness.
We’ll be exploring how mindfulness can help us learn more about ourselves and bring a bit of stillness into our day-to-day lives. In these sessions, you’ll learn different techniques to help you become more aware of your emotions. You’ll also spend time exploring how to harness a positive attitude. AND there will be plenty of time to just relax with the cats, of course!
You’ll be able to choose from one of 3 sessions. Each session will run for an hour and include mindful activities.
Session 1 will feature Knitting with Katie Finch
Session 2 will feature Mindful Weaving with To Be Adorned
Session 3 will feature Cat Life Drawing with Phoebe M Digitalis
Drink and refreshments are available to purchase in the cafe.
