Freedom of mind are teaming up with The Cube Cinema to showcase a range of animations, documentaries, and short dramas. We’ve invited film makers from as far as Norway to join us and screen their work – all of which will be speaking about mental health and well being.

An audio documentary telling the story of Nicola who was diagnosed with anxiety over forty years ago. Nicola talks of the struggle she had understanding her mind during a time which did not understand mental health.
